- All services require full payment before activation or renewal.
- No activation or restoration can be processed without payment verification.
- All payments are verified only during office hours.
- Suspension and termination are automated based on overdue invoices.
3. Billing Office Hours
All renewal and payment verification are processed during:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend and Public Holiday: Closed
Payments submitted after office hours will be processed on the next working day.

- No credit terms or pay later arrangements are available.

9. Renewal Suspension Termination and Restoration Policy

Important: Once a domain expires, it will instantly stop working. This is the natural behaviour of domain infrastructure worldwide and not controlled by iCoreHosting or any registrar.
- Renewal depends on registry rules and grace periods
- Redemption fee may apply if domain enters redemption stage
- Recovery is only possible while registry still allows it
9.2 Hosting Suspension and Termination
- Day one overdue: automatic suspension
- Day seven: termination stage and data removed from server
- Restoration fee: RM300 if backup is still available
- Day thirty: deep termination with RM600 recovery fee
- Day sixty: permanent deletion with no recovery
9.3 VPS or Dedicated Server Overdue
- Day one: network disabled or server powered off
- Restoration fee: RM300
- Day fourteen: full data wipe with no recovery
9.4 Data Retention After Expiry
Once retention period ends, all files, email, and database content will be deleted permanently.
