Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 993 (SSL) or 143 (non-SSL)
  • Username: your full email address (e.g., [email protected])
  • Password: your email account password

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
  • Username: your full email address (e.g., [email protected])
  • Password: your email account password

POP3 Configuration

POP3 is recommended if you prefer to download your emails and manage them locally on one device.

Incoming Mail Server (POP3):

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 995 (SSL) or 110 (non-SSL)
  • Username: your full email address (e.g., [email protected])
  • Password: your email account password

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
  • Username: your full email address (e.g., [email protected])
  • Password: your email account password

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Cannot Send Emails

  • Ensure SMTP authentication is enabled in your email client settings.
  • Verify that the outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings are correct.
  • Check if your ISP is blocking port 25; if so, use port 587 or 465.

Cannot Receive Emails

  • Verify that the incoming mail server (IMAP/POP3) settings are correct.
  • Check if your email account has exceeded its quota.
  • Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking your email client.

Synchronization Issues (IMAP)

  • Ensure that you are using the correct IMAP server settings.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Restart your email client or device.
