How to Create an Email Account in cPanel

Creating a custom email address (e.g. [email protected]) using cPanel is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get started.



Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to cPanel

  • Access your cPanel via:

    https://yourdomain.com/cpanel

    or use the login link provided by iCoreHosting.

 

2. Go to the Email Section

  • Scroll down to the “Email” section.

  • Click on “Email Accounts”.

 

3. Click ‘Create’

  • On the “Email Accounts” page, click the “Create” button.

 

4. Fill in the Details

  • Domain: Choose the domain (if you have more than one).

  • Username: Enter the desired email name (e.g. sales, info, john).

  • Password: Set a strong password or click “Generate” to auto-create one.

  • Storage Space: Enter a mailbox size or select “Unlimited” (depending on your hosting plan).

 

5. Click ‘Create’

  • Once all fields are filled in, click the “Create” button.

Your new email account is now ready to use.

You can:

  • Access webmail via: https://yourdomain.com/webmail

  • Configure your email client (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail) using the details in the “Connect Devices” section in cPanel.
