Gmail POP Mail Check Is Ending
Gmail web is stopping POP checking for other mailboxes. Your hosting email can still be used in other ways.
Gmail “Check mail from other accounts” POP feature is being phased out. Use Webmail, IMAP, mail app, Outlook, Thunderbird, or forwarding instead.

- Sending as your domain may need extra setup.
- Set forwarding from hosting email to Gmail.
- Keep a copy in hosting mailbox if needed.
- Check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for sending.
Google is phasing out Gmail web checking external mailboxes by POP.
Your hosting email can still be accessed by Webmail at https://yourdomain.com/webmail.
You may also use Windows Mail, Mac Mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird with IMAP and SMTP.
If you only want incoming mail to appear in Gmail, email forwarding can also be used.
