A. How to View Email Header in Microsoft Outlook
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Select the email you want to check (do not double-click yet).
- Double-click the email to open it in a new window.
- On the top menu, click File.
- Click Properties.
- Under the Internet headers section, the full email header will be displayed.
B. How to View Email Header in Outlook Web (Outlook.com / Office 365)
- Open Outlook Web (Office 365 or Outlook.com).
- Open the email you would like to inspect.
- Click the three dots ( ... ) at the top-right corner.
- Select View → View message details.
- A pop-up window will show the full email header.
C. How to View Email Header in Roundcube Webmail
