iPhone Email Setup (IMAP + SSL)
This guide shows how to set up your iCoreHosting email account on an iPhone using IMAP with SSL for secure communication.
Note: Please ensure your domain DNS is pointed correctly to iCoreHosting servers, and that you have your full email address and password ready.

Step-by-Step Setup
1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
3. Choose Other > Add Mail Account.
4. Enter your Name, Email, Password, and Description, then tap Next.
5. Select IMAP and enter the incoming/outgoing server info (see table above).
6. Tap Next and wait for verification.
7. Tap Save to complete setup.

Verify SSL Settings
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Your Account > Advanced.
- Ensure Use SSL is enabled and the port is set to 993.
- Return to the previous screen, tap SMTP > Primary Server.
- Ensure SSL is enabled and the port is 465.
Troubleshooting
- Use the full email address as the username.
- Ensure your domain’s SSL certificate is valid.
- If `mail.yourdomain.com` shows SSL warnings, try using your hosting server hostname (e.g.,
cp1.icorehosting.com). - Contact iCoreHosting Support if issues persist.
