You can access your email hosted with iCoreHosting using Outlook, Apple Mail, or any mobile mail app.

We strongly recommend using Secure SSL/TLS settings for a safe and encrypted connection.

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Use these settings for a secure connection:

SMTP	mail.yourdomain.com	465	SSL/TLS	Required

Username: your full email address (e.g. [email protected])
Password: your email account password
Make sure “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” is enabled.

Non-SSL Settings (Not Recommended)

Only use these if your app does not support SSL/TLS.

IMAP vs POP3 – Which One to Use?

IMAP (Recommended): Keeps your emails synchronized across all devices.
POP3: Downloads emails to a single device and may remove them from the server.

General Setup Steps

Open your email client (Outlook, Gmail app, Apple Mail, etc.)
Choose Manual Setup or Other (IMAP/POP)
Enter your email address and password
Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings from above
Enable authentication for both incoming and outgoing servers
Save settings and test
