Brute Force Login Protection
Our servers are protected by Brute Force Login Protection to help secure email, website, FTP, cPanel, DirectAdmin, webmail, and other login services.
If there are too many failed login attempts from the same internet connection, the IP address may be temporarily blocked for security reasons.
Why Was My IP Address Blocked?
Your IP address may be blocked when our server detects repeated failed login attempts.
This usually happens when an email program, mobile phone, website login, FTP account, or control panel login is using an incorrect username or password.
It can also happen when an old device or application keeps trying to connect with saved outdated login details.
What Happens After My IP Is Blocked?
Once your IP address is blocked, you may not be able to access your email, website, webmail, FTP, cPanel, DirectAdmin, or related services from the same internet connection.
In most cases, our secondary monitoring system will automatically whitelist the IP address after a short period, and access should return to normal.
What Should I Do?
Please wait around 5 to 10 minutes, then try to access your service again.
If the IP address has been automatically whitelisted, your access should return to normal.
If you still cannot log in after 5 to 10 minutes, please visit www.whatsmyip.org, copy the displayed IP address, and send it to our support team for checking.
Important Note
If the same device or application continues to use the wrong password, your IP address may be blocked again after it is whitelisted.
Please make sure your email, website, FTP, webmail, cPanel, or DirectAdmin login details are correct before trying again.
