How to Perform a PingPlotter Test
A simple 1 minute network test before sending a support case.
Download PingPlotter.
Test the affected domain or IP for 1 minute.
Screenshot the result and send it to support.
Download PingPlotter
Download from the official PingPlotter website:
https://www.pingplotter.com/download/
Downloading from unofficial websites may cause wrong version or unsafe installer.
Prevention:
Use the official download page only.
Enter the Correct Target
Use the affected domain, server hostname, or IP address.
- Website issue: use your domain name.
- Email issue: use mail domain or mail server hostname.
- Server issue: use server IP if provided by support.
Testing the wrong target gives support the wrong direction.
Prevention:
Copy the target carefully from your error message or support ticket.
Run the Test for 1 Minute
Click Start or begin the trace.
- Keep the test running for at least 1 minute.
- Do not close the app during the test.
- Test while the issue is happening.
A very short test may miss packet loss or unstable latency.
Prevention:
Let it run long enough to show a clear pattern.
Take a Screenshot
Capture the full PingPlotter result screen.
- Show the target name or IP.
- Show packet loss column.
- Show latency graph.
- Show enough route hops.
Cropped screenshots may hide important route details.
Prevention:
Screenshot the full window whenever possible.
Send to Support
Send the screenshot together with basic issue details.
- Affected domain or server IP.
- Date and time of the issue.
- Your internet provider name.
- Your location or city.
- What error you see.
One screenshot plus clear details can reduce guessing and speed up checking.
What Support Checks
PingPlotter helps show where the network issue may happen.
- Your local device or WiFi.
- Your router or office network.
- Your internet provider route.
- Server side network route.
- International or upstream routing.
PingPlotter is a diagnostic clue. It does not by itself prove that the hosting server is down.
Service Boundary
- Server uptime checking.
- Hosting account checking.
- DNS and basic connectivity checking.
- Email hosting related checking.
- Network route evidence review.
- Website code fixing.
- Theme or plugin bug fixing.
- WordPress design changes.
- Custom script repair.
- Content or layout rebuilding.
PingPlotter helps hosting support check network direction. If the root cause is website code, plugin conflict, theme error, or custom development issue, it may fall under website development support instead of standard hosting support.
SLA Base Note
PingPlotter test results help support understand network symptoms.
SLA review is normally based on the service agreement, provider monitoring records, server logs, and verified service impact.
A customer side network route test is useful evidence, but it may not be enough as the only proof.
Malaysia Compliance Note
A screenshot may contain IP address, domain name, ISP route, and location related network data.
Share it only through official support channels.
For Malaysia customers, personal data handling should respect the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 where applicable.

Summary
PingPlotter is useful when website, email, server, or remote access feels slow or unstable.
A 1 minute test plus a clear screenshot gives support better evidence.
No test can guarantee full protection, full recovery, or prove every network issue alone. It is one practical step to help support check faster and more accurately.
