Introduction
This guide will help you run a PingPlotter test to identify connection issues such as packet loss or high latency between your device and our server.
Download PingPlotter
Go to the official PingPlotter website:
https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network
Click the Download PingPlotter button to get the free version for Windows or macOS.
Install and Open PingPlotter
After installation, open PingPlotter. You will see an address bar at the top where you can enter a domain name, hostname, or IP address.
Start the Test
In the address bar, enter the test target you want to check. This can be a domain, hostname, or IP address.
Examples:
google.com
103.6.244.142
Recommended settings:
Interval: 1 seconds
Focus Time: 10 minutes or longer
Click the green Start button to begin the test. Let it run for at least 10 minutes so enough data can be collected for review.
You may also run an optional test to google.com so we can compare your general network condition with the route to your server.
Screenshot the Result
After the test has been running for at least 10 minutes, take a screenshot of the PingPlotter window. Please make sure the screenshot clearly shows the graph and the test results.
Send Us the Screenshot
Send the screenshot to our support team through WhatsApp or by submitting a ticket at the link below:
